These terms set out the rules for using the P1 Performance FileService (the “Service”), operated by [Company name], [address, tax ID].
Using the Service requires an account. The user is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity on the account. Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited.
The user uploads only files they are entitled to. The user acknowledges that modifications are ordered at their own responsibility and that certain changes may affect homologation, warranty and road-legal status of the vehicle. [Clarify the scope of liability].
